SMS consent & how to opt out
Lipson Aviation Flight Training Center sends text messages only to people who asked for them. The form on this page has two consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default and both optional — you can send the form without either, and consent is never a condition of purchase. We send two message types: transactional and informational messages (appointment reminders, lesson scheduling, account alerts, and replies to your inquiry) and promotional and marketing messages (training programs, offers, and updates). Each checkbox controls only its own message type. These are the exact statements shown beside them:
- Transactional & informational messages (alerts) “By checking this box, you agree to receive transactional and alert text messages (appointment reminders, lesson scheduling, and account updates) from Lipson Aviation Flight Training Center LLC. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”
- Promotional & marketing messages “By checking this box, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages about flight training programs, offers, and updates from Lipson Aviation Flight Training Center LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.
Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
